Service Advisor - Audi

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and consult customers on service needs with a professional and friendly approach.
Understand customer concerns and advise them on recommended services and repairs.
Provide accurate estimates of service and parts costs and explain the benefits of each service.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle during service.
Maintain communication between technicians and customers to ensure timely completion of work.
Ensure a seamless, customer-focused experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Promote dealership service specials, programs, and warranties when appropriate.
Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:
Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate with a passion for cars and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency, including dealership management software experience (preferred).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to explain technical information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
