SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
The Service Administrator is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in ensuring the Service department operates at optimal levels. S/He will assist with tracking and reporting operations of frontline Service staff (Lot Associates, Appointment Coordinators etc).
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracking and reporting duties of Lot Associate
Tracking and reporting daily operations of Appointment Coordinators and communications with the CCC appointment bookings
Controlling inputting and outputting of mobility fleet, ensuring the correct number of vehicles are inputted. Ensuring quality control of said vehicles
Dispatching working into the main workshop
Building and implementing processes.
Must follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
2 years of experience in customer relations.
Strong organizational and people skills.
Some knowledge of automotive equipment parts and accessories.
Good computer skills and ability to maintain records using a computerized appointment system.
Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
Ability to work constructively with members from all departments within the dealership.
