• 5+ years experience in LEC, Equipment Manufacturer or ISP environment preferred

• Proficiency with all primary Microsoft Office and related software applications.

• Technical certification and/or on the job technical training certificates preferred

• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and demanding customer environment.
• Strong understanding of T1, relative makeup, common applications, circuit composition, installation/repair process, and fault isolation procedures.

Minimum Education:

• Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
