We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Coordinator to support our client service operations. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams and client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily account activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Monitor account performance and assist in resolving service-related inquiries
• Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for assigned accounts
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth transitions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
