Serveur Polyvalent - "Bistrot 51" by Moxy Val d'Europe

Nous recherchons notre serveur polyvalent pour notre restaurant bistronomique « Bistrot 51 ».

Avec une identité forte, notre restaurant a pour objectif de devenir un lieu incontournable qui offre un service décontracté mais professionnel et personnalisé dans une atmosphère confortable et chaleureuse. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les associés de la cuisine pour offrir une superbe expérience qui fidélisera nos clients.

Tâches et responsabilités :

- Préparer la bonne mise en place pour le service

- Accueillir les clients de manière chaleureuse et professionnelle

- Maintenir une connaissance complète des articles de la carte, des sensibilités alimentaires et allergies

- Utiliser des techniques d’upsell pour rendre l'expérience du restaurant encore plus qualitative.

- Servir tous les types de boissons et de nourriture

- Informer la direction de toute plainte éventuelle et suivre les directives en matière de résolution des problèmes.

- Être flexible dans la préparation des boissons et le travail au bar selon la formation prodiguée

- Veiller à ce que le restaurant, le bar et les back-offices soient propres à tout moment

- Faire preuve de professionnalisme
