Deine Aufgaben:
• Administration, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung der Serverlandschaft

• Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege zentraler Serverdienste

• Sicherstellung von Systemstabilität, Performance und IT-Sicherheit

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Backups sowie Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen

• Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im Serverumfeld

• Planung und Umsetzung von Updates, Patches und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen

• Dokumentation relevanter Prozesse und Systemänderungen

• Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten, z. B. bei Migrationen oder technischen Modernisierungen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit benachbarten IT-Teams

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

• Praxiserfahrung in der Administration von Serverumgebungen

• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Servern (Linux optional von Vorteil)

• Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungslösungen wie VMware oder Hyper-V

• Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und IT-Security-Themen

• Analytische Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und technisches Qualitätsverständnis

• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenständige Problemlösungskompetenz

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
