Server

We're looking for a Server to help bridge the kitchen and dining room at a high-traffic hotel restaurant in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Server you'll ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders while maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards. 

Pay: $16/per hour Flat Rate

Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.

Ensure all plates are presented according to the hotel’s high standards.

Assist servers in providing an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.

Communicate efficiently with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.

Server Assistant/Busser Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Busser or similar role in a high-volume or luxury preferred.

Proficient English.

Professional presentation, high energy, and enthusiastic.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

A professional and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail.

Must be able to stand and move for extended periods and carry trays of food.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
