Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server Assistant to join our evening service team. This role is vital in supporting the front-of-house operations, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in food service or related roles. Duties

Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
Support food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Handle food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health standards
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing support
Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet or special event areas when required
Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring a positive dining experience
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food from preparation to serving
Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality environments preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Experience with food preparation, bussing, and basic cooking is advantageous
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude
Hospitality or hotel experience is beneficial but not required
Must be available for evening shifts and able to work flexible hours during peak times
