SEO Strategist (Mid-Senior, eCommerce & AI Focus)

Role type: Full-time, fully remote (Mexico or Philippines)

Schedule: EST - CST

Salary: $1600 - $2500 per month

Position Overview

We’re looking for a mid-to-senior level SEO Strategist with strong experience in eCommerce SEO and a proactive mindset toward AI tools and automation.

This role is ideal for someone who can own SEO strategy end-to-end, from keyword research to execution, while leveraging AI to scale performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for eCommerce websites (product, category, and collection pages)
• Conduct keyword research, clustering, and search intent mapping
• Optimize on-page SEO, internal linking, and site architecture
• Lead technical SEO initiatives (site audits, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer, etc.) to scale content and workflows
• Collaborate with content, product, and dev teams
• Monitor and report on performance (traffic, rankings, conversions)
• Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve SEO performance

Requirements:
• 4–6+ years of SEO experience (mid to senior level)
• Strong experience in eCommerce SEO (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
• Proven track record of driving organic growth
• Solid understanding of technical + on-page SEO
• Experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

• Experience using AI tools in SEO workflows
• Programmatic SEO or large-scale content experience
• CRO / A/B testing exposure
• Experience with high-SKU or marketplace environments

• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
