Our thriving web design and digital marketing agency is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our small but very talented team!
Working with businesses large and small, you could be working on SEO for leading national brands, local plumbers, skip bin companies, or a commercial law firm. The clients are very diverse, but all SEO is done with a purpose: more leads/sales, better qualified clients, and best practice.
In a hands-on role, your day-to-day will include reviewing clients' traffic and conversions in our purpose build tool, reviewing rankings and overall client performance. You might create a new SEO strategy for an SEO client and collaborate with our in-house dev, design, and content teams. Some days you will need to do an SEO audit for a potential client. Strategy implementation will be a key part of your day-to-day: content briefs and Asana to create and manage tasks for internal team members. You will work closely with our outreach team to provide updates on priority clients and offsite requirements. You’ll manage GMB accounts and, for our location-based businesses, optimize GMB profiles. Technical SEO will be a key part of your week, using tools such as Search Console and Screaming Frog to evaluate site crawlability and any technical or code roadblocks to success and create solutions to fix technical SEO issues.
Responsibilities:
• Rank and traffic monitoring and optimisation as needed
• SEO Strategy Development
• Keyword and Strategy Research and Management
• Technical SEO, including schema & javascript issues
• SEO Migration Plans for website projects
• Working closely with our outreach team, content creator and copywriter and development team for SEO implementation
• Analyze data and use analytics to compile SEO reports.
• Site audits, collecting and analyzing data, and setting goals
• GMB Management and Optimisation (Local Search)
• Review current SEO campaigns for strategies and insights to improve results
• Competitor Analysis and industry benchmarking
• Utilisation of latest SEO techniques and upcoming changes
Requirements:
• 2-3 years minimum SEO experience
• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Copyscape, etc.
• Passion about SEO with a very solid understanding of how SEO works
• Ability to work independently alongside collaborating with other area specialists such as SEM, content, Web Design and more.
• Self-starter, curious about results and testing.
• Happy, positive attitude with a real love for SEO and results
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate SEO requirements and results to stakeholders.

Benefits:
• SALARY - Php 55,000 PER MONTH
• TYPE OF WORK - FULL TIME (REMOTE), FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
• WORK SCHEDULE - 9AM TO 5PM AEST. (Australian hours)
