SEO Specialist (Remote)

And we’re looking for a SEO Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
2. Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content.
3. Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
4. Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, meta-tag optimization, and content enhancement.
5. Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other web content for SEO.
6. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
7. Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in SEO strategy.
8. Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve SEO results.
9. Monitor technical SEO issues and recommend fixes to ensure optimal website performance.
10. Assist in planning and implementing content strategies tailored to the brand’s audience.
11. Work closely with marketing and development teams to achieve SEO objectives.
12. Conduct ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO):
• Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 50,000
