Salary range: Rs 380000 - Rs 480000 (ie INR 3.8 - 4.8 LPA)

We are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist / Performance Marketing Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in search engine optimization and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies, conducting in-depth keyword research, analyzing website performance, and improving organic search visibility. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with SEO tools, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable optimization strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

The candidate will work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure that digital campaigns are aligned with SEO best practices and business growth objectives.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact keywords, search trends, and opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility, domain authority, and organic traffic.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Monitor and improve technical SEO factors such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Act as a performance analyst by tracking key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all digital content follows SEO best practices and targets relevant keywords.
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives, including campaign analysis, content marketing, and performance-driven growth strategies.
• Conduct competitor research and benchmark analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in search performance.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into SEO performance and digital marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in SEO, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
• Strong expertise in keyword research, search intent analysis, and SEO strategy development.
• Hands-on experience with SEO optimization techniques, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Experience in performance analysis, including tracking campaign effectiveness and interpreting SEO metrics.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including content marketing, organic search, and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization, page speed improvements, and SEO-friendly site structures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed optimization decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure for SEO improvements.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital campaign analysis.
