Job Description

As an SEO Executive, you will help support the SEO team by completing core SEO tasks, assisting with analysis, and ensuring high-quality work is delivered.

You will develop a foundational understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Site SEO. Your role will focus on task execution, data handling, reporting, and process adherence to help guide organic search performance for client accounts.

Main responsibilities

• Accomplish SEO tasks as assigned, including keyword research, metadata updates, internal linking audits, and backlink analysis.

• Support technical SEO checks, such as reviewing crawl errors and indexing issues under senior guidance.

• Support the team with competitor research and SERP analysis to identify opportunities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date SEO tracking in task management platforms.

• Collect and organize SEO performance data using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs.

• Help prepare weekly and monthly reports on rankings, traffic, and SEO performance.

• Conduct basic data analysis to support recommendations from senior team members.

• Flag performance trends or anomalies for further investigation.

• Deliver clear, professional internal messages with task updates and main context.

Main Skills

• 1 years+ of experience in an SEO or digital marketing-related role

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data

• Ability to follow detailed task briefs and deliver work to a high standard.

• Strong time management and ability to report work progress effectively

• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO tools.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, or website structures

• Experience with content writing or digital marketing.
