Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a disciplined, data‑rigorous SEO Specialist to join our team in on client in the energy sector. This role blends technical SEO, content strategy, and meticulous reporting governance with proactive communication and dependable delivery.
You turn complex site and market signals into clear recommendations, document decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned, especially when numbers are scrutinized. You’re comfortable fixing hands‑on issues in the CMS/backoffice and pushing forward strategic initiatives even when budgets are tight.
Native/fluent Portuguese is mandatory for day‑to‑day collaboration and content quality; Spanish is a strong plus.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver a Portuguese reporting with diagnosis and recommendations.
• Use agreed sources (GSC, BigQuery, Sistrix) consistently.
• Keep methodology documented; reconcile any differences; meet deadlines.
• Automate where possible; maintain a change log and QA checklist.
• Explain performance drivers (e.g., blog drops), quantify impact, and propose actions.
• Track competitor movements accurately.
• Fix missing/duplicate title tags, meta descriptions, and H1s.
• Manage sitemap, indexing, canonicals, and robots directives.
• Partner with dev/UX to improve Core Web Vitals and page speed.
• Improve existing backlinks.
• Content SEO and E‑E‑A‑T
• Build topic clusters for key energy themes.
• QA internal posts; confirm reviews in Teams.
• Ensure claims are accurate and properly sourced.
What You’ll Need:
• 4–7+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with measurable impact.
• Native/fluent Portuguese (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
• Proven rigor in analytics and reporting: GSC, GA4, Looker Studio, Sistrix, Excel; familiarity with BigQuery/SQL is a plus.
• Technical SEO depth: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, internationalization/hreflang, canonicalization, sitemap/robots management.
• Strong content SEO skills: intent mapping, briefs, E‑E‑A‑T, SERP feature optimization (FAQ, HowTo, Breadcrumb, Product/Service).
• CMS/backoffice proficiency; ability to write and execute clear technical and on‑page requirements.
• Excellent time management and stakeholder communication; meeting deadlines with consistent, reconciled data and clear narratives.
