SEO Specialist - Hybrid (BGC, Taguig) - #34957

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for building and scaling the company’s long-term organic growth strategy while complementing ongoing paid acquisition efforts. You will own the SEO strategy and execution end-to-end, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and local SEO initiatives aimed at improving search visibility and driving high-quality inbound traffic.

You will also lead the development of a scalable content system designed to generate inbound leads, leveraging both data-driven insights and modern AI-assisted workflows while ensuring strong human quality assurance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development

•Build and implement a comprehensive keyword strategy mapped to products, cities, and industries

•Align SEO initiatives with lead generation and overall growth objectives

•Coordinate with the Web Development & CRM Specialist to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations and resolution of technical site issues

Technical SEO Optimization

•Improve technical SEO performance including:

o Crawlability and indexing

o Sitemap optimization

o Internal linking structure

o Basic schema implementation

•Identify and resolve technical errors affecting search visibility and site performance

On-Page Optimization

•Execute on-page optimization for:

o Core-revenue generating (money) pages

o Location-specific pages

o Blog and supporting content

•Ensure proper keyword placement, metadata optimization, content structure, and internal linking best practices

Local SEO Management

•Provide support for Google Business Profile optimization

•Develop and maintain a scalable location-page system to improve visibility across priority areas

Content System & Quality Control

•Create detailed content briefs aligned with keyword strategy

•Utilize AI-assisted drafting tools where appropriate to improve efficiency

•Perform quality assurance and editing prior to publishing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and SEO alignment

Performance Tracking & Reporting

•Track keyword rankings, Google Search Console performance, and organic lead generation

•Monitor technical health metrics including errors resolved and index coverage

•Recommend and prioritize weekly optimization actions based on performance data

Requirements:
Must-have Skills / Qualification:

•At least 3 years of SEO experience with measurable results

•Strong fundamentals in technical SEO and on-page SEO

•Proficiency in Google Search Console and major SEO tools (any recognized SEO stack)

•Comfortable and have prior experience using AI tools to accelerate content briefs and outlines while maintaining human quality assurance standards

•Good written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Advantageous or Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

•Local SEO experience within Philippine cities

•Experience writing or optimizing content related to finance or SME topics
