Chain Reaction is looking for an SEO Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. This role involves executing SEO techniques, conducting audits, and working closely with internal teams to optimize website performance.

Requirements:
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and content opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits, including on-page and off-page SEO factors, to identify and resolve issues.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structure to enhance search engine performance.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Work with web developers to address technical SEO issues and ensure SEO-friendly site architecture.
• Manage SEO tools and platforms for tracking and analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SEO roles, focusing on both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
• Proficiency in conducting technical SEO audits and implementing improvements.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights for continuous optimization.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and explaining SEO strategies to clients.
