We are hiring an SEO Manager to lead organic search across our portfolio of sites. You will be responsible for growing organic traffic that converts into course bookings, maintaining site health, and making sure search is a reliable revenue channel. You will work closely with our content, design, CRO, and development teams, and report
directly to the Head of Marketing. We will give you the tools, context, and support you need — and in return, we expect you to take ownership of results and bring ideas to the table.

What You’ll Focus On
• Growing organic traffic and improving the quality of that traffic so it converts into bookings and revenue
• Technical SEO: keeping the site healthy, crawlable, and fast — and catching problems before they become crises
• Content and keywords: research, briefs, optimisation, and making sure we rank for the terms that matter commercially
• Link building: developing and managing a sustainable backlink strategy
• Reporting and communication: translating SEO performance into clear updates for the marketing team and leadership.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven SEO experience with demonstrated impact on organic traffic and revenue. You have owned SEO for a site with meaningful traffic, not just advised on it
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console
• Strong technical SEO knowledge. You understand crawl budgets, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and how to diagnose ranking drops
• Content SEO ability. You can conduct keyword research, build content briefs, evaluate content quality, and optimize pages for search intent
• Experience building or managing link building programs

• Analytical mindset. You can read data, identify patterns, and make decisions based on evidence
• Ability to operate independently and manage your own priorities with minimal oversight
Nice to haves:
• Experience in a training, education, or lead generation business where organic search directly impacts revenue
• Understanding of programmatic SEO or large-scale page generation strategies
• Experience working alongside paid acquisition, CRO, and email marketing teams
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS for on-page changes
