Job Description

We’re looking for a high-impact SEO Manager / Assistant Manager to help Groww scale its organic growth across web and search platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong SEO fundamentals, a good understanding of trading and stock market concepts, and curiosity around AI-driven SEO, LLMs, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). You’ll collaborate closely with content, product, engineering, and analytics teams to build SEO strategies that are scalable and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive Groww’s end-to-end SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• Identify high-intent search opportunities across stocks, mutual funds, trading, and investing topics

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping to improve rankings and traffic

• Continuously optimize organic traffic, conversions, and overall search performance

• Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-first, user-focused financial content

• Optimize pages for SERP features such as featured snippets, People Also Ask, and zero-click results

• Structure content for AI-powered search experiences using schema, FAQs, internal linking, and SEO best practices

• Work on technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, site structure, and Core Web Vitals

• Use AI tools and LLMs to improve research, content optimization, and SEO workflows

• Stay updated on algorithm changes, emerging search trends, and AI-led discovery

Skills and Experties

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on SEO experience (Manager / Assistant Manager level)

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics

• Experience working on large websites or product-led platforms

• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, AEO, SERP features, and schema

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
