SEO Manager

Chain Reaction is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in GCC and Levant. We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.

Chain Reaction is looking for an SEO Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to plan, implement, and manage the SEO strategy and campaigns for client websites. Ensure alignment with client goals, brand guidelines, and target audience while optimizing performance.

Requirements:
• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies and campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure SEO campaigns are aligned with clients' goals, brand guidelines, and target audience.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes, applying knowledge to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, SEO Content Team, and Account Managers, reporting on campaign progress and results.
• Lead and manage the SEO team, assigning tasks and projects to SEO Specialists.
• Train and mentor SEO Specialists to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with other teams (web development, design, content, social media) to ensure integrated and consistent SEO efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing an SEO team.
• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns for various clients and industries.
• Expert understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Ability to conduct and apply technical SEO audits.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with team members.
