Substance is searching for a talented SEO, Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our online visibility, driving traffic, and generating leads through innovative digital marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Create, implement, and optimize SEO strategies that increase organic search rankings and improve overall website performance.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and traffic growth.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website and marketing materials are optimized for SEO and align with best practices.
• Google Ads Management: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) to achieve targeted KPIs and maximize ROI.
• Meta Ads Management: Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and advertising performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with PMAX, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
