JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Germany. We combine technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Create clear, effective, and original copy and content for our clients’ CRM marketing

• Iterate on copy changes quickly and effectively with guidance from the Senior Copywriter

• You will write, research, and optimize high-quality copy designed to perform exceptionally well in both traditional search engines (SEO) and emerging generative AI search experiences (GEO)

• Leveraging your knowledge of online user behavior, you will conceptualize and develop engaging content formats that effectively attract, inform, and convert our target audience.

• Adhere to clients' tone of voice and brand guidelines

• Research competitors and trends for creative inspiration

• Collaborate with Designers

• Contribute to team creative brainstorms

• Proactively support other Copywriters regionally and globally

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Precision and Quality: You have an impeccable command of grammar and style, with a keen eye for detail that ensures every piece of content is polished and professional.

• Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex technical requirements or marketing goals into clear, persuasive copy.

• Initial Experience in Digital Copywriting: You have a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and have already gained some practical experience in writing engaging, brand-aligned digital content.

• Experience with SEO/GEO-Content: You know how users search for information and products online and have already gained some practical experience in writing user-centric, well-researched, keyword-optimized long copy content.

• General Understanding of Content Marketing: You know how users consume content online and about different content formats and elements. You enjoy using this knowledge to create content that attracts and convinces users.

• Adaptability to GEO/LLMO & AI-Tools: You are flexible in your ways of working and can switch to new tools intuitively. You follow the discussions on how AI changes our market and are motivated to adapt and refine your methods.

• Proficiency to work in both English and German at atleast C1 level
