What will you do

As an SEO technical analyst, you will identify techniques and tactics to develop an effective SEO strategy for clients from various industries (automotive, healthcare, FMCG, travel). You will be responsible for ongoing support in providing page optimization initiatives including technical audits, reporting and recommendations production, web analysis, and benchmarking. You will be responsible for improving company's organic search results and close cooperation with client stakeholders to influence their business outcomes and positive satisfaction. You will also:

Work with the client & development teams to ensure SEO best practices & recommendations are properly implemented and accountable for reporting, data analysis & benchmarking

Collaborate work with other SEO team members across the projects as well as manage your own client's websites

Have end to end SEO Technical strategy responsibility

Improve company's Organic Search results as: non-paid traffic, CTR, ranks, user engagement

Analyze the client's competitors and maximize search exposure

Leverage advanced enterprise SEO platforms like Botify to conduct comprehensive site audits, monitor crawl behavior, and optimize technical performance at scale

Utilize Log Analyzer tools to understand search engine bot activity, identify crawl budget optimization opportunities, and diagnose indexation issues

Apply GenAI knowledge and understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) to optimize content for AI-powered search experiences, including SGE (Search Generative Experience) and AI Overviews

Conduct advanced crawl analysis using Screaming Frog, including JavaScript rendering, custom extraction, XPath configuration, and API integration to identify technical SEO issues at scale

Develop and execute comprehensive website migration strategies, including content mapping, URL structure planning, and redirect implementation to preserve SEO equity during platform changes, redesigns, or domain migrations

Build and maintain Python scripts for automated SEO analysis, data processing, and custom reporting to enhance efficiency and scalability of SEO operations

Job Qualifications

What do we expect from you

We are looking for a strong Technical SEO Expert with a collaborative spirit. It is important to be willing to work as a part of a team and to have the following skills:

Proven SEO technical hands on experience (understanding of Basic Web Infrastructure, HTTP status codes (2XX, 3XX, 4XX, 5XX), crawling and log file analysis, XML / HTML sitemaps, mobile bot crawl behavior, mobile optimization, Responsive design, content optimization, indexation, site structure, page crawlability)

Deep knowledge of structured data implementation, including JSON-LD schema markup for various schema types (Organization, Product, Article, LocalBusiness, FAQ, HowTo, BreadcrumbList, Hotel, LodgingBusiness, amenities properties for hospitality sector, etc.), Microdata, Rich Snippets validation, and troubleshooting to enhance rich results visibility

Expertise in hreflang tag implementation and troubleshooting for multi-language and multi-regional websites, ensuring proper international targeting and avoiding duplicate content issues

Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization, including Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Interaction to Next Paint (INP), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS), using tools like PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, DebugBear, GTmetrix, Pingdom, CrUX Dashboard, and Chrome DevTools for comprehensive page speed analysis and improvements

Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Next.js, React) and their impact on SEO, including understanding of client-side rendering (CSR), server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and hybrid rendering approaches, with experience optimizing crawlability for JavaScript-heavy websites and implementing proper pre-rendering solutions

Extensive experience in website migrations and redirect strategy, including building migration frameworks, content mapping methodologies, selecting appropriate redirect types (301, 302, 307, 308), implementing redirect chains prevention, and post-migration monitoring to minimize traffic loss and preserve link equity

Familiarity with multiple search engines and their unique requirements, including Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu, Naver, Seznam, and DuckDuckGo, as well as emerging AI-powered search experiences like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Meta AI

In-depth experience with website analytics and SEO tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Botify, Semrush, YEXT, Google My Business & Bing Places)

Proficiency with Google Search Console API for automated data extraction, performance monitoring, and custom reporting workflows

Advanced proficiency with Screaming Frog SEO Spider, including JavaScript rendering mode configuration, custom extraction setup, XPath and regex configuration, custom search, API integration (including PageSpeed Insights API and LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Llama for content analysis and optimization), and creating tailored crawl configurations for complex technical audits

Hands-on experience with Botify platform for enterprise-level technical SEO analysis, including custom segmentation, alerts configuration, and strategic recommendations based on platform insights

Proficiency in Log Analyzer tools and log file analysis to track search engine crawling patterns, optimize crawl budget allocation, and resolve technical SEO challenges

Understanding of GenAI technologies and LLMs, including their impact on search algorithms, content creation, semantic search optimization, and emerging AI-driven search features, with practical experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) into SEO workflows and tools

Python programming skills with ability to build basic scripts for SEO data analysis, automation of repetitive tasks, API integrations, log file processing, and creating custom reporting solutions

Strong oral and written communication skills in English, other languages proficiency is a nice to have

Problem solver and decision maker, analytical mind, and presentation skills (studying traffic, analytics and reporting) and fast-learning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
