SEO CONTENT SPECIALIST
Content Friends are responsible for improving, optimizing, and publishing website content across various CMS platforms. This includes reviewing and refining content generated by our AI agents, executing internal linking strategies, performing local SEO enhancements, and publishing optimized assets directly in customer platforms. Content Friends also support special editorial tasks and manual interventions when our automation is insufficient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply keyword optimizations, heading structure improvements, metadata editing, and readability enhancements.

• Build and manage internal linking structures between related content pieces.

• Organize and deploy content clusters across customer websites based on topic and keyword relevance.

Perform local SEO tasks such as:

• Optimizing Google Business Profile (GMB) listings.

• Publishing Q&As, business updates, and GMB posts.

• Follow SOPs to assist in backlink-related content fulfillment.

• Manually post refined content into CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.

• Execute editorial tasks that require judgment beyond what automation can produce.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–5 years of hands-on SEO content production, editing, or publishing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field

• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)

• Understanding of on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text)

• Familiarity with Local SEO and updating Google Business Profiles

• Ability to follow SOPs, work independently, and escalate issues when needed
