The Role

Location: Melbourne

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

• Lead the charge on cutting-edge SEO, CRO, and Web Analytics strategies for a portfolio of top-tier clients.

• Drive business growth by developing influential client relationships and spotting new opportunities to deliver amazing results.

• Collaborate with our Biddable Media and Adtech experts to create powerful, integrated digital campaigns.

• Mentor and inspire a rapidly growing team, guiding their careers and fostering a culture of excellence.

• Champion the value of owned media, sharing your expertise and elevating the knowledge of the entire agency.

Ideal Skills and Experience

You’ll thrive in this role if you you’re a strategic and influential leader who loves to inspire a team and lives for delivering data-driven, best-in-class results. We’re also looking for;

• A seasoned pro with a strong background in SEO management and proven experience leading a team to success.

• An expert in crafting and delivering innovative SEO strategies, with a deep understanding of how it integrates with SEM.

• Mastery of industry-leading tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog.

• Exceptional client relationship and project management skills, with a knack for keeping everything on track.

• Confidence in financial scoping, a natural talent for upselling, and a passion for managing and developing your team's careers.

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
