About the Role:

As our SEO & AI Automation Architect, you will be responsible for creating self-sustaining and hyper-efficient workflows. Leverage the power of AI to eliminate manual processes and drive organic growth. Design, build, and deploy a robust automation framework that scales our entire Search operation.

• Drive impact by leveraging state-of-the-art AI, automation technology, and current industry trends to maximize impact, while ensuring resources are strategically assigned where they create the most value.

• Lead the design and management of complex, end-to-end workflows using platforms like n8n and Make, integrating data across multiple services.

• Leverage Google Cloud, Firebase, and other cloud platforms to build infrastructure necessary for hosting and executing high-volume automated SEO and data-gathering systems.

• Drive the strategic integration of Generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Anthropic) into scalable workflows for tasks like large-scale content production, optimization scripting, and technical audit automation.

• Own the entire automation pipeline, from initial system concept and platform selection to final deployment, monitoring, and continuous performance optimization.

• Define technical specifications and data architecture for automated content scaling, keyword research, and global ranking monitoring systems.

• Establish and report on key metrics for workflow efficiency, clearly demonstrating the reduction in manual effort and the ROI achieved through successful automation.

About You:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Big Data (STEM degree)

• You bring to the table 3-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem solving

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decision-making

• Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills enable you to excel in cross-functional collaboration and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying backgrounds

• Working knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is required and familiarity with SQL is a plus

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.
