Job Description & Summary
We are PwC Argentina, a leading firm in the market providing Audit, Consulting, Tax, Legal, and Outsourcing services. We have 7 offices located in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza, and Rosario, where we serve the needs of our local clients. Through our Acceleration Center, we also export knowledge to PwC’s global network, primarily to the United States and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM and related functional areas (Absence, Compensation, Talent).
• Manage tenant configuration, Business Process Frameworks, and functional/security dependencies.
• Support end-to-end annual cycles (performance, talent, compensation) for large user populations.
• Perform mass data operations using EIBs, MOM, calculated fields, purging, and tenant migrations.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues, assessing impacts across Workday modules and integrations.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
• Provide functional support through ticketing tools, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes.
• Ensure adherence to data protection and information security standards.
Required Experience & Skills
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including Absence, Compensation, and/or Talent.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and worker data.
• Experience supporting global or regional Workday tenants in large multinational environments.
• Proven expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, EIBs, mass data loads, and configuration migrations.
• Knowledge of additional modules (Benefits, Reporting, Recruiting, Onboarding, Security, Payroll – CA/UK) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess cross-functional impacts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a support/AMS model with ticketing systems and operational KPIs.
• Understanding the importance of proper information management.
• Knowledge of information security and data protection.
• Effective management of information security
