Job Description

- Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Windows Servers
- Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of Vmware environments
- Troubleshooting day to day issues, coordinating with end users, provide top tier technical support
- Managing product lifecycles to maintain vendor support, maintenance contracts and software license compliance. Complete updates/upgrades as required.
- Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
- Responsible for participating in other special projects as required

- 8+ years of experience
- Knowledge of the following: MS Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, VMware, SolarWinds
- Needs to be able to provide logical, in-depth analysis of problem, with recommendations for improvement when warranted
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Provide quality customer service
