The Role

We're looking for a Lead/Senior Website Developer to own everything that lives at dash0.com - from strategy and architecture to design, code, copy, and performance. You'll be leading a full overhaul of our website and then running it at a high standard indefinitely. You move fast because you're genuinely AI-native, you reach for the best tools available in 2026 as a matter of habit, not as an afterthought. From code generation to content optimisation to automated testing, you know what's out there, and you use it aggressively to punch above your weight.

You'll be the primary diver of this project: the person who decides what gets built, how fast it ships, and how well it performs. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Design.

What You'll Own

• Full website overhaul , Lead the end-to-end redesign and rebuild of dash0.com: information architecture, design system, tech stack decisions, content, and launch.

• Ongoing operations , Maintain, iterate, and improve the site continuously. No handoffs, no waiting for an agency.

• Performance & Core Web Vitals , Obsess over speed, reliability, and technical SEO. Set benchmarks and beat them.

• SEO & content infrastructure , Own on-page SEO, structured data, site architecture, and work alongside content to ensure every page ranks and converts.

• Analytics & experimentation , Instrument the site properly, run A/B tests, understand the funnel, and use data to drive decisions.

• Design & UX , Craft experiences that feel premium and convert. You have a strong design eye and can translate brand into web with or without a dedicated designer.

• AI-native workflows , Use AI tooling aggressively to move faster: from code generation to content optimisation to automated testing. You know what's available in 2026 and you use it.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Proven track record owning and shipping websites end-to-end - not just contributing to them.

• Strong front-end engineering skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with modern frameworks such as Next.js, Astro, or similar).

• Deep understanding of technical SEO - crawlability, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, site architecture.

• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Posthog, or equivalent) and running structured experiments.

• A sharp design sensibility , you can work in Figma, direct a designer, or just build it yourself.

• Highly proficient with AI-assisted development and content workflows. This isn't optional , it's how you operate.

• Bias for speed. You ship, learn, and iterate.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure/observability space.

• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, etc.).

• Background in conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

• Experience building or scaling a design system
