Aikido is hiring a Senior Webflow Designer focused on clean, premium design and scalable systems. This is a design-first role. You will evolve Aikido’s visual identity online, build a scalable website design system, and simplify our Webflow setup so we ship faster with consistent quality. You will own the website end-to-end, from design to Webflow implementation, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth. If you like turning messy websites into clean, maintainable systems, this role fits. Responsibilities Own Aikido’s website design system in Figma and Webflow, including typography, layout, components, and docs. Raise website quality by simplifying pages, sharpening hierarchy, and increasing polish. Standardize Webflow by removing one-off styles and building a scalable component system. Build reusable landing page blocks like heroes, features, CTAs, testimonials, FAQs, and pricing. Design and ship new Webflow pages with strong detail, clean structure, and solid QA. Work with Marketing and Product to turn messaging into clear web storytelling. Continuously refine and polish the site over time.
