Job Summary

This position serves as a Senior Warfare Analyst (SWA). The SWA will provide operational subject matter expertise in the field of Maritime Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (MISR) for training analysis, requirements development, and future capability planning and project support.  The candidate requires extensive experience in MISR Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), as well as recent experience serving as a Fleet MISR WTI.

Operational Test and/or Fleet exercise and technology experimentation/demonstration experience at the operational and tactical levels is also greatly desired to support advanced development and Science and Technology initiatives.  Demonstrated communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools is required.

Essential Job Functions

Analyze MISR training curriculum with traceability to fleet, joint and coalition MISR operational requirements.     

Coordinate Fleet Experimentation planning and execution as required to support MISR capability development. 

Provide fleet leadership with quantifiable and actionable solutions for the overall improvement of MISR TTPs. 

Execute travel as required to observe MISR training and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (required) – Technical Degree (preferred)

MISR Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) (required)

Recent MISR-A/C and/or MISR WTI instructor Tour (strongly preferred)

Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI (required)
