Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design of marketing assets including display ads, emails, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and campaign landing pages.
• Translate stakeholder input and business objectives into actionable creative briefs and strategic visual direction.
• Ensure outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and audience needs.
• Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and marketing partners to shape design outcomes that support campaign and organizational goals.
• Guide and mentor VS2 and VS3 designers, providing quality assurance and creative oversight across deliverables.
• Lead project reviews, provide actionable feedback, and uphold consistency and excellence in creative standards.
• Advocate for strategic alignment and design integrity across teams and touchpoints.
Must-have Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and print work that supports business and marketing goals.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems such as AEM.
• Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
• Experience leading creative initiatives, owning project workflows, and providing design direction to peers or junior designers.
• Strong conceptual and executional design skills, with a deep understanding of brand systems and accessibility principles.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate shifting priorities, and influence outcomes without formal authority.
Nice to have:
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives with marketing, business, and technical teams.
• Background in regulated industries such as financial services, legal, or pharmaceutical.
• Experience supporting campaign strategy and messaging alignment.
• Familiarity with digital optimization and content automation tools.
• Interest in coaching and developing other designers as part of role growth.
