About The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our growing design team — someone who combines a strong sense of aesthetics with strategic thinking, and who thrives in both creating and mentoring. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual direction for our products while helping guide and inspire a team of talented designers.
This role blends hands-on design execution with creative leadership — ideal for someone ready to step up as a mentor and thought partner while still getting their hands dirty with pixels, prototypes, and creative experimentation.

What You'll Do::
• Lead and create visually compelling designs that elevate our brand and product experiences across platforms. Also develop concepts, mood boards, visual directions that communicate strong aesthetics and clear storytelling.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to help raise the visual bar across the design team. Set high level direction for how the brand shows up across marketing, product, partnerships and social.
• Provide mentorship to designers and elevating creative quality.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure visuals are cohesive, and aligned with broader goals.
• Explore trends, emerging styles and techniques to keep our approach fresh
• Present and communicate design strategy and decisions to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across the board.

What We’re Looking For::
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• Understanding of US consumer market.
• 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or creative direction roles.
• A strong portfolio that showcases branding design and visual design.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma
• Integration of AI tools into creative workflow
• Experience leading and mentoring other designers.

Nice-To-Haves::
• Background in product marketing design.
• Strong storytelling skills in motion design, video editing, or interactive content.
• Passion for experimenting with new design technologies and tools.
