Senior Visual Designer

Apify recently launched a new logo, and we're just getting started. We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to own the visual execution of marketing campaigns, shape how the brand extends across new channels and formats, and raise the bar for design quality across everything customers and developers see.

What you'll be working on:

• Own end-to-end design for marketing campaigns - from concept to delivery across social media, email, blog, event materials, and presentation decks, in both static and motion formats

• Create product animations and motion graphics that show developers and businesses how Apify's tools work

• Shape how Apify's brand extends into new channels and formats as the company grows, building on the recent visual identity refresh

• Set and maintain visual standards across marketing - improve templates, establish guidelines, and fix inconsistencies before they spread

• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to internal and external contributors

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to make sure design work aligns with campaign goals and ships on time

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership of creative projects across formats

• You can independently concept, design, and deliver marketing assets - from social graphics to event materials to presentation decks - without waiting for someone to hand you a detailed brief

• Strong graphic design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and visual consistency across channels

• Solid motion design skills - you can create product animations and dynamic content that actually help people understand how a tool works

• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience giving creative direction or mentoring other designers

• Preferably experience designing for tech or SaaS companies (you'll pick up the context fast either way)

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus

• Comfortable in environments where priorities shift and you don't always have a complete brief - you figure it out and make good calls
