Senior Visual Designer (HeyPolo)

We’re building HeyPolo – a privacy-first smart location-sharing app that helps families and friends stay connected, safe, and in control. HeyPolo is designed for meaningful connection without intrusive tracking: real-time updates, consent-based sharing, and intuitive safety features that put users in charge of their data and peace of mind.

If you want to::
• Be responsible for creating digital assets for marketing campaigns, performance ads, the website, landing pages, the mobile app, and the brand identity systems;
• Define illustration style and visual storytelling;
• Create marketing creatives that covert;
• Design website and landing page visuals;
• Ensure visual consistency across product and marketing;
• Iterate quickly based on performance insights;
• Produce high-quality visuals across multiple formats;
• Contribute to shaping HeyPolo’s long-term brand direction.

And you can check off::
• Proven experience in visual or graphic design;
• Strong marketing intuition — able to design visuals that convert;
• Deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition and visual hierarchy;
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite;
• High attention to detail;
• Ability to design in multiple styles;
• Strong taste. We care deeply about craft.

Bonus points if you::
• Have expertise in performance ads;
• Have experience with web and mobile design;
• Are proficient in Figma.
