About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sr. VIP Relationship Manager to join our Western Europe Strategic Markets team.

As a Sr. VIP Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our base of VIP clients in the broader Western part of the European Union, with a strong focus on the Netherlands and France. This role is focused on high networth individuals, family offices and smaller corporate clients, driving our growth through partnerships and key client development in parallel to our institutional team, which on the other hand focuses on larger professional, enterprise and institutional clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients

Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in Europe

Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company

Lead our partnership work in Europe through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations

Manage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients in Europe ensuring positive customer experience

Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients

Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.

Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)

Fluency in English;

Proven experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance or trading industry, especially in the Netherlands or France

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Western European region

Nice to Have

Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams

Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!

Fluency in Dutch or French

Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
