Summary:
Young Living’s Senior Videographer and Studio Manager will be essential in executing all video shoots. This position requires someone with a positive attitude who can effectively communicate and collaborate across teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously. They’ll need to be a balance of creative and logistics-minded, ensuring each project’s vision is brought to life. Ideally, they are highly organized, enjoy collaborating with producers, crew, and creatives, have a strong sense of story, and genuinely care about the quality of the final product. We’re looking for someone with an exceptional eye, who is thorough and brings an efficient, well-considered plan of action to every shoot, large or small, to ensure all content needs are captured and exceeded.
Essential Functions:

· Manage all aspects of filming/camera/gear on location, on set, or in the studio
· Collaborate on shot lists and storyboards, script development, outlines, or written concepts as needed
· Work with teams to arrange travel and logistics as needed for location shoots, including booking travel and managing travel-related documentation such as visas, carnets, and permits
· Manage and maintain studio and gear, ensuring everything is in great working condition, and the studio stays tidy and organized
· Work with freelancers as needed to ensure the brands look and feel remain consistent
· Consult on kickoffs for video projects and work with project owners and managers to help bring their vision to life
· Produce assigned video projects as needed, helping oversee creative execution from pre-production through delivery
· Edit when bandwidth for in-house editors is limited and extra help is needed
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Premiere
· Familiar with and experienced in shooting with Sony Cameras
· Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with multiple teams across several platforms
· Positive attitude
· Ability to manage stress on set and while collaborating with others
· Global and Cultural Awareness
· Strong work ethic with commitment to see shoots through and make sure all content needs are met
· Ability to manage people and delegate in a fast-paced environment
· Time Management and the ability to meet deadlines
· Thorough knowledge of travel best practices for moving crews and gear globally, including international documentation requirements
· Creative problem solver with a strong eye for visual storytelling
· 5+ Years professional experience shooting doc style and scripted projects, with experience in commercial and/or film
· Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously
· Willingness to travel as needed
· Editorial mindset with an understanding of coverage needed to build a complete final video
Required Education and Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in professional video production, with a proven track record of managing video projects.
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 10+ years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of managing video projects
o Experience working in a corporate or agency environment, with a focus on producing branded content.
o Experience with live streaming and virtual event production.
· Certifications in video production, editing, or related fields.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, including laptops, desktops, smartphones, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to attend at least one non-convention farm event each year and the annual company convention. Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified by the employee’s manager as necessary for business needs.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be able to tolerate the scent of essential oils, whether worn or diffused.
