Operating in the UK, India, Australia and the US, we offer round the clock delivery to sports brands including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Real Madrid, Godolphin, New Zealand Rugby and Formula 1.
The role
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who goes beyond editing and thinks like a content creator. This role is about shaping stories, not just assembling footage. You’ll work across short-form and long-form content, own quality across outputs, and help define how content is packaged, adapted, and consumed across platforms. You should be comfortable making decisions fast, improving ideas in real time, and operating in a live sports environment where timing and judgment matter.
What You’ll Own
Take raw footage, briefs, or match moments and turn them into clear, engaging narratives
Lead editing across short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (shows, features, highlights)
Create high-impact edits including hype videos, promos, teasers, and key moment storytelling
Think beyond a single video and build content ecosystems:
Long-form → multiple short-form cuts
Variations for hooks, retention, and distribution
Define how content is packaged: hooks, openings, captions, thumbnails (where relevant)
Ensure every output is platform-native and optimized, not just resized
Maintain high storytelling and quality standards across volume and tight timelines
Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to improve ideas, not just execute them
Take final ownership of edits during high-pressure/live scenarios
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand language across outputs
Team & Workflow Ownership
Review, guide, and improve output from a team of editors
Set benchmarks for quality, speed, and storytelling
Bring structure to fast, high-volume workflows
Maintain clean project systems, file management, and versioning
What You Bring
10-12 years of experience editing both short-form and long-form content
Strong understanding of sports, live content, and audience behavior
Expert in Adobe Suit /DaVinci / Final Cut Pro
Working knowledge of After Effects (for basic motion support)
Proven ability to create high-energy edits (hype, promos, teasers)
Strong instinct for what works vs what just looks good
Ability to think on your feet and make quick editorial decisions
Experience managing or mentoring editors
A self-starter mindset with ownership and accountability
Familiarity with AI tools to improve speed and workflow
Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage
Operating Reality
