We are looking for a Senior Video and Motion Designer to join our in-house creative team and take ownership of motion design, VFX, video editing, and post-production.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working both independently and in close collaboration with designers, film Directors and external production partners and agencies.

What the job looks like?
The Senior Video and Motion Designer will have the opportunity to:
Own and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content across digital channels (web, paid media, social, product, events).
Create advanced motion work including 2D/3D motion, compositing, VFX, transitions, and visual storytelling.
Handle and with end-to-end post-production: editing, sound, grading is a huge plus.
Translate creative ideas, scripts, and storyboards into engaging motion content that works across formats and platforms.
Develop storyboards, animatics, and motion concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
Minimum 4 years of experience in motion graphics, video production, or post-production.
Strong skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Experience with Cinema 4D and/or Blender (VFX knowledge is a big plus).
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools.
Strong editing skills and understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
A strong portfolio showing motion, video, and storytelling skills.
Experience in the fintech industry is considered a plus.
