Compensation: INR 35,00,000 – 50,00,000 (Open to negotiation for exceptional candidates, Depending on your last CTC)
Reporting To: CTO
Travel: Required occasionally based on business needs
Role Summary
The SVP of Technology is a senior leadership role responsible for driving Meera’s technology vision, engineering excellence, and long-term scalability. This individual will act as a strategic partner to the CTO, overseeing end-to-end technical delivery, architecture decisions, innovation, platform reliability, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, AI, and Operations teams.
This is a high-impact role suited for a proven technology leader with strong enterprise-level experience, deep understanding of scalable SaaS platforms, and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Strategy
Partner closely with the CTO to shape and execute the long-term technology roadmap for .
Lead architecture modernization, platform scalability initiatives, and AI-powered innovation.
Ensure the platform is secure, compliant, high-performing, and designed for global scale.
Engineering & Technical Excellence
Oversee all engineering teams across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, data engineering, integrations, and AI tooling.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and operational excellence frameworks.
Drive reliability improvements, uptime metrics, SLAs, and system performance monitoring.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, AI Research, Design, RevOps, and Customer Success to align technical execution with business priorities.
Support product rollouts, technical feasibility assessments, and GTM readiness.
Team Building & Talent Development
Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering leaders and managers across India.
Build a culture of innovation, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Scale engineering operations in line with Meera’s growth trajectory.
Execution & Delivery
Oversee release cycles, sprint planning, technical program management, and cross-team coordination.
Implement measurable KPIs for engineering performance, delivery, quality, and system health.
Anticipate technical risks, remove blockers, and ensure predictable execution.
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate complex technical details clearly to executive leadership, external partners, and internal teams.
Create well-structured documents, dashboards, and reports for board meetings and organizational alignment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
10–15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5+ years in enterprise-scale SaaS environments.
Strong background in scalable architectures, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI/ML integration, or communication platforms.
Proven success building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth technology companies.
Strong understanding of system design, security, distributed systems, and GTM-facing technical operations.
Ability to align engineering execution with business strategy while maintaining agility.
Comfortable with periodic travel for leadership summits, product reviews, or client engagements.
