• Financial management – Overall management of $60M USD revenue, oversee and track margin levels, maintain monthly fee and resource forecasts for each commission. Manage and direct team members in their use of Financial Management Systems for revenue, cost and profit forecasting. Manage debt. 
• Manage large teams of 240+ professionals delivering project management, cost management and project controls services. 
• Manage, oversee, and direct the Cost Center Team’s compliance with Business Management Systems including operational policies, commission management, risk management reviews of contracts, NDA and insurances, anti-bribery and corruption, and health & safety procedures.   
• Manage Cost Center team in the delivery of professional project and program management, cost management and project controls consultancy services for all clients. Ensure compliance with the business methodologies and client satisfaction throughout service delivery. Undertake client care surveys to monitor performance.    
• Serve as senior-level technical knowledge resource regarding project management, cost management and project controls service offerings.
• Provide senior-level technical knowledge in the delivery of data center sector cost validation services, bring expertise in estimating, benchmarking, and data analytics.  
• Manage strategies to grow market share, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering high-growth partnerships, and expanding service offerings to existing clients.  
• Identify, pursue, and close on business development opportunities, including cross-selling, leading effective job pitches and presentations.   
• Staff management- identify resource needs to meet business goals & deliver commissions, perform recruitment interviews, and undertake staff performance reviews in addition to making decisions relating to hiring and firing of subordinate staff.   
• Serve as senior-level technical expert for economic forecast and market intelligence publications. 
• Direct the work of the Cost Center Team to ensure that commissions are on time in line with contractual commitments, deliverables are being met, profit and fee targets are achieved, and business processes are being adopted. 
• Process improvement- identify, develop, and improve internal project and cost management systems, processes, procedures, templates and products.

Global Program Controls Lead or any other job title performing the following job duties:
 
• Developing cost plans and estimates using CostX and Microsoft Excel including assessing local conditions and providing rate breakdowns (material, labor, plant, and productivity);
• Delivering and presenting updated costs plans at appropriate design milestones;
• Reviewing proposed design changes/new technologies and preparing estimates within the appropriate accuracy levels;
• Understanding design stages and estimating levels;
• Providing feasibility studies;
• Performing value engineering;
• Preparing cash commit forecasts for the entire construction lifecycle;
• Preparing presentations for key stakeholders;
• Performing benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture; and
• Identifying project risks and opportunities.
 
JOB TIME: Full Time
SALARY RANGE: $235,000.00 TO $280,000.00/year
 
 
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 7 years of experience in job offered or 7 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
