Key Responsibilities

Mobile Design Leadership: Architect intuitive and visually stunning end-to-end user journeys exclusively for mobile platforms.

Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, confidently presenting design solutions and negotiating requirements in English.

Team Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

Design Systems & Prototypes: Build and maintain robust visual design systems to ensure consistency across mobile products, delivering high-fidelity prototypes and assets.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and seamless technical implementation.

Industry Excellence: Stay ahead of entertainment industry trends to deliver cutting-edge, user-centric features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years in UX/UI design, with a world-class portfolio focused on mobile applications (Entertainment sector experience is a significant plus).

Consulting DNA: Proven track record working within IT consulting environments or managing large-scale enterprise accounts.

Visual Mastery: Exceptional UI skills with a deep understanding of mobile-specific design patterns and typography.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading design teams and managing complex project lifecycles.

Communication: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory (professional-grade verbal and written skills).

Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Education: University degree in Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in Motion Design and interactive elements tailored for entertainment apps.

Strong understanding of Accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.

Experience navigating the complexities of large-scale, global enterprise clients.
