Role Purpose
To support the client digital platforms by delivering structured UX research, UI design, and responsive front-end interfaces in alignment with enterprise standards and contractual approval processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct UX research, user journey mapping, and usability analysis.
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Deliver work in structured approval stages (wireframe, mockup, prototype, UAT support).
• Design responsive UI interfaces compatible with HTML and CSS standards.
• Support UI implementation across SharePoint, Nintex, K2, and web-based platforms.
• Prepare visual assets and UI components aligned with enterprise branding guidelines.
• Handle both planned scope-based tasks and short-turnaround immediate support requests.
• Provide effort estimation in days aligned with daily-rate billing model.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all deliverables.
• Support UAT cycles and incorporate structured business feedback.
• Log time and task progress within controlled tracking framework.
Requirements:
Required Experience and Skills
• 4 to 6 years experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with enterprise portals or workflow-based systems (SharePoint, Nintex, K2 preferred).
• Experience in structured, regulated, or government environments is preferred.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel requests within defined governance framework.
