Senior UX/UI Designer (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and user needs
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders in an agile environment
• Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while staying current on design trends and best practices
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and functional
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
• Extensive experience with Figma, proficient in all its features and functionality.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to work in an agile environment, iterating designs based on feedback and new insights
• Strong communication skills with a negotiation level of English (both written and verbal)
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to details and a sophisticated aesthetic sense
• Strong AI adaptation capability

• AI, 3D, AR, VR, Figjam, Miro design experience
• Experience in branding
• Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
