About the role: We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher (m/f/d) to join our team, who will help us understand our users, their needs, motivations, and pain points, and ensure that product decisions are grounded in real user insights. You will work closely with our Product Owners, UX Designers and Engineers to drive discovery, validation, and strategic research across multiple product areas. At senior level, you will also help raise the research maturity of the organization and act as a strategic partner for our leadership teams.
About your tasks:
• Execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects: planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, synthesis, and storytelling
• Translate business and product questions into clear research plans and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams
• Analyse behavioural product data (funnels, cohorts, segmentation, drop-offs) in collaboration with Data & Analytics
• Build a deep understanding of customer journeys, needs, and decision-making in the healthcare and e-commerce context
• Continuously contribute to our knowledge base and research repository
• Facilitate workshops and insight-sharing sessions
• Advocate for user-centered decision making across the organization
• Drive strategic and foundational research (e.g., segmentation, personas, JTBD)
• Coach and mentor designers and product owners in research practices
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate research processes
• Increase the visibility and impact of UX research at leadership level
About you:
 
• Several years of experience in UX / User Research in digital product environments (e-commerce, platforms, apps, SaaS, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience with qualitative, quantitative and behavioural research methods, and analytics collaboration
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills: you can turn complexity into clarity
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Curios about AI/ML applications in user experience, data analysis, and product innovation
• You are pragmatic, curious, structured, and impact-driven
• Written and spoken fluency in German is a must
• (Optional) Experience building or scaling research operations
• (Optional) Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or complex regulated environments

Remote work policy:
Our offices are open, but you are free to work from home, from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again, or if you work from home all the time.
