What you'll do:
Conduct in-depth UX Research with both consumers and internal stakeholders to support product design and development processes. Utilize quantitative and qualitative user research methods to gather insights that drive decisions for new and existing products. Collaborate closely with product design teams to ensure user-centered design principles are integrated into product development. Produce comprehensive reports that communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business. Facilitate effective communication between design, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Who we're looking for::
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in UX Research, with a proven track record in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques. You possess high technical skills combined with collaborative soft skills and a strong ability to manage stakeholders. You have structured thinking, with the ability to prioritize tasks, create clear processes, and connect the dots between research findings and business outcomes. You are passionate about product design, ensuring the user's voice is heard and valued in every stage of development.
