About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to act as our eCommerce and Mobile Design Lead. This role is not just about moving pixels; it is about acting as a strategic bridge between a client’s brand identity and high-performance engineering. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals and brand messaging into "punchy," high-impact design specifications that our developers can implement with precision.

The ideal candidate is a "mobile-first" expert who can blend visual aesthetics with structured customer flows and persuasive copywriting to drive conversion and value for our global clients.

What you'll do:

Design Leadership & Execution

• Lead the design of high-converting eCommerce platforms and mobile-first web applications.

• Translate current brand identities and complex messaging into punchy, modern, and impactful visual designs.

• Create comprehensive design specifications and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that serve as the "gold standard" for our development teams.

• Ensure every design is optimized for a seamless hand-off to our UX Web Developers, maintaining the integrity of the vision through implementation.

User Experience & Messaging Strategy

• Deep-dive into client brand identities to ensure all digital touchpoints reflect their unique DNA and market positioning.

• Develop key messaging and punchy copy that resonates with target audiences and drives user action.

• Design personalized customer flows and journeys tailored to different customer personas and business segments.

• Own the end-to-end UX logic, from initial wireframing to final high-fidelity polish.

Project & Process Excellence

• Implement and champion best practices for rapid web and mobile design projects, ensuring high speed to market without sacrificing quality.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and business alignment.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting design decisions through a lens of business value and customer psychology.

Who you are:

• Senior Design Expert: 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio focusing on high-end eCommerce and mobile-first web applications.

• Figma Power User: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, auto-layout, and dev-ready documentation.

• Visual Storyteller: Ability to translate abstract brand values into "punchy," impactful visual designs that command attention.

• Copy-Fluent: Comfortable writing key messaging and UI copy—you understand that words are just as important as the layout.

• Rapid Delivery Mindset: Proven experience running rapid design cycles in a fast-paced consulting or scale-up environment.

• Technical Collaborator: Strong understanding of web/mobile technical constraints and an excellent track record of working closely with developers.

• Executive Presence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and "sell" design concepts to C-suite stakeholders and PE operators.
