Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior UX Designer werk je aan Exquise NG, de praktijkmanagementsoftware die dagelijks door duizenden tandartsen, mondhygiënisten en baliemedewerkers wordt gebruikt. Je pakt het volledige ontwerpproces op van gebruikersonderzoek tot en met handoff naar development. Je werkt samen met een UX Lead, product owners en developers, en stemt regelmatig af zonder dat je continu gestuurd hoeft te worden. Verder gebruik je AI tools om snel prototypes te bouwen en die te testen met echte gebruikers.

Wat doe je concreet?

• Gebruikersonderzoek: interviews, observaties en usability tests bij tandartspraktijken

• Ontwerpen van wireframes, interactieve prototypes en user flows

• Prototypes bouwen met AI tools en valideren met gebruikers

• Samenwerken met product owners en developers om ontwerpen te realiseren

• Bijdragen aan en onderhouden van ons design system

Wie ben jij?

• Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als UX Designer, bij voorkeur in B2B software

• Je beheerst het hele ontwerpproces: onderzoeken, ontwerpen, testen en opleveren

• Je gebruikt AI tools aantoonbaar in je werk

• Zelfstandig, maar je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om af te stemmen

• Affiniteit met complexe, domeinspecifieke software — mondzorgervaring is een plus, geen vereiste
