Senior UX Designer

Output of this role is to design major features and contribute influential input at a design and development level and be responsible for part of a project’s user experience design and end-to-end delivery.

Career Development is typically provided by Associate Director UX or Director of UX but can be adapted to suit an account and/or office location.

Nature of this role of role is that of a ‘deliver-er’: here to design at a mastery level, contribute to design and development process and own full project deliverables with little oversight. Starting to be seen as leader or go-to in the User Experience discipline.

• Expertise with process/business analysis, software development and large-scale project delivery processes

• Support business development process by conducting relevant research, identifying key insights, and producing pitch materials

• Articulate complex ideas clearly to both the internal team and client

• Understand how a discipline works, what they need from you and how you can work together to fine-tune or delivery a concept

• Answer discipline-related questions from other user experience designers
