We’re expanding our underwriting team and seeking a highly motivated Senior Underwriter to join us in our mission.
Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Underwriter with a strong background in the merchant services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing risk, analyzing merchant applications, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. You will play a key role in protecting our business while enabling merchants to thrive.

Requirements::
• Minimum 3 years of underwriting experience in the merchant services or payments industry.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, KYC/AML policies, and credit analysis.
• Ability to interpret financial and business documents quickly and accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume underwriting environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with common payment processing platforms, chargeback trends, and high-risk merchant categories.
• Experience with automated underwriting tools or platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
