Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to take the helm of our design strategy and execution. Mobile messaging is at the heart of how people connect, and in this role, you won’t just be "working on an app" - you will own the end-to-end design experience across our entire mobile app.

What You’ll Do
You will drive the Vision and own product design across our platform.
You will lead UI and UX from discovery through delivery
You will be the architect of our Figma design system, maintaining its integrity while evolving it to meet new product challenges.
Reporting directly to Product and partnering intimately with Engineering, you’ll bridge the gap between "what's possible" and "what's beautiful."

What you’ll do::
• Own end-to-end design for new features and product improvements.
• Translate product requirements into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Build, document, and scale a consistent design system in Figma.
• Create reusable components and enforce design standards across squads.
• Run lightweight user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate daily with PMs and engineers to ship production-ready designs.
• Review implemented work to ensure design quality in release.

What you bring::
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1).
• 5+ years in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Deep expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, libraries).
• Experience working with product and engineering in an agile environment.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Portfolio showing shipped products, not just concepts.

Nice to have::
• Experience in B2B SaaS or telecom.
• Experience designing complex workflows or admin tools.
• Familiarity with front-end constraints and design handoff best practices.
